1. Rules & Obligations
The DJ agrees to perform their services at the time and place stated above.
2. Duties of Client
The DJ requires that the Client provide electrical and covered space requirements in accordance with the DJ’s requests. All requests shall be reasonable and made within 1 day of the Event.
3. Deposit & Payments
A deposit of £50 should reach us ASAP to secure booking. Remaining Balance to be paid no later than the event day. A PDF invoice will be issued upon receipt of payment.
4. Overtime Rate
In the event the Event goes beyond the time stated above, Client shall pay the DJ a rate of £50 per hour for each hour the Event goes beyond the time stated. Partial hours shall be pro-rated.
5. Termination
a.) By Client: The Client may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the event by providing at least 5 days notice. Upon termination, Client shall be entitled to a refund of any monies paid less the Non-Refundable Deposit.
b.) By DJ: The DJ may terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the event by providing at least 5 days notice and providing a suitable replacement DJ subject to Client approval, or refund all monies paid including deposit.
